2nd MEDITERRANEAN CONFERENCE ON ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

REGISTRATION

Registration will be possible from December 1, 2007 via the website of the 2nd Mediterranean Conference on Organic Agriculture. www.oacdubrovnik.wordpress.com
Registration fee is 150 € (100 € for students).
Late registration after March 1, 2008 will be 200 € (100 € for students).
The registration fee covers printed materials and souvenirs, servings at coffee break, reception dinner, sightseeing tour of the old town of Dubrovnik and touristic tour by boat.

Registration form

Active participants at 5th Mediterranean Fair of Healthy Food and Medicinal Herbs are allowed to participate at conference sessions without paying registration fee.

Conference Language

The conference language is English. There is a possibility for simultaneous translation into Croatian.

Special Requirements

Please indicate any special diet or other requirements on the registration form.

Travel Insurance

It is recommended that all participants take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to the Conference. Registration fee does not include insurance.

Registracija je moguća od 1. prosinca 2007. preko web stranice 2. Mediteranske konferencije o ekološkoj poljoprivredi .
Kotizacija prigodom registracije: kunska protuvrijednost 150 € (za studente 100 €).
Kasna registracija nakon 1. ožujka 2008. iznosi: kunska protuvrijednost 200 € (za studente 100 €).

Kotizacija pokriva tiskane materijale i suvenire, kavu tijekom pauze, svečenu večeru, turistički obilazak grada, turističku plovidbu brodom.

Registracija

Aktivni sudionici 5. Mediteranskog sajma zdrave hrane i ljekovitog bilja mogu prisustvovati radu konferencije bez plačanja registracije.

Jezik konferencije

Jezik konferencije je Engleski. Postoji mogućnost simultanog prevođenja na Hrvatski.

Osiguranje na putovanju

Preporuča se sudionicima konferencije da sami poduzmu mjere putnog i zdravstvenog osiguranja. Kotizacija prilikom registracije ne uključuje osiguranje.
